How did this madness start?
Here's that sample implementation of Dots-And-Boxes in Python: board.py. Gregor Lingl quickly wrote up a nice Tkinter interface for this: tk_game.py!
As of June 3, I'm moving development of this implementation off to Sourceforge. Don't worry, we should have something presentable soon. If you're interested in contributing, please feel free to contact me.
